Orega has signed a new long term Management Agreement with Palace Capital plc to create a high-spec, ‘best in class’ flexible workspace at No. 2 St James’ Gate.


Orega – the flexible workspace provider that gets all the incredible reviews on Trust Pilot for their ‘first-class facilities’ and ‘exceptional’ support teams – is opening 22,500 sq. ft. of flexible workspace to provide around 400 workstations.


The Newcastle facility is Orega’s 25th UK office and is located on the second and third floors at No. 2 St James Gate.


A stylish refurbishment is currently underway and it is anticipated that the new space will open in December 2023.
